2. Services Overview

Forage IQ provides a precision agriculture software platform that delivers:

  • Crop height, weather, and field analytics
  • Alerts, forecasts, and operational tools
  • Subscription-based and enterprise-grade features

The Services provide decision-support tools only and do not guarantee specific agricultural, financial, or operational outcomes.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial (e.g., 7-day or 14-day) with limited or full access to features.

  • Trial access may end automatically
  • Forage IQ may modify or terminate trials at any time

4. Subscriptions & Billing

A. Plans & Fees

Access to paid features requires a subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are described on the Pricing page.

B. Payments

Payments are billed in advance and processed through third-party payment providers. Forage IQ does not store full payment card details.

C. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

D. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Data Ownership & License

A. Your Data

You retain ownership of all farm, field, crop, and operational data you submit (“Customer Data”).

B. License to Forage IQ

You grant Forage IQ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Customer Data solely to:
  • Provide and improve the Services
  • Generate analytics, predictions, and reports
  • Create anonymized or aggregated insights
We do not sell Customer Data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details.

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., weather data providers, mapping services, payment processors).
Forage IQ is not responsible for third-party services, data accuracy, or availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, models, algorithms, content, trademarks, and branding related to the Services are owned by Forage IQ or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Forage IQ does not warrant that:
  • Predictions or analytics will be error-free
  • Harvest outcomes or yields will improve
  • Alerts will always be timely or accurate
Agricultural decisions involve inherent risks influenced by weather, biology, equipment, and human judgment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Forage IQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Forage IQ in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forage IQ from claims arising out of:
  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Inaccurate or unlawful data submission

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:
  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees
  • Misuse the platform
You may terminate your account at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

14. Modifications to the Services

Forage IQ may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
